I have a fondness for the right kind of bad holiday decorative items or displays. This reminded me of the young teen girl who we used to live next to ... she was kinda damaged and looked like Pippi Longstocking ... one year, she stuffed a snowsuite -- laying on the dirt ground of her front lawn -- and put a blanket over it. I guess it was supposed to be a corpse ... sleeping? Meanwhile, she repeatedly blared a Halloween sound effects cassettee that wobbled and distorted with regularity throughout the night.

Thanks all! Tinker, that's an excellent decoration plan. Linda, if you have no yard you must live someplace more exciting! James, the surgery guess is an excellent one, but it seems to be a hybrid ghost/witch/scarecrow. VA sounds super disturbing - got any pics or audio?
